ReroofGen is roofing sales software for Florida roofing contractors. It shows the permit backed roof age of every single family home on one map, so sales teams find and qualify the homes most likely to need a new roof before anyone knocks. Every roof age traces to a finalized county or city reroof permit, never a model or an aerial estimate. ReroofGen adds owner and property data, live National Weather Service storm alerts with the older roofs under each warning counted, a roofing CRM with saved lists and rep assignments, and ReroofGen Mailers for postcards and letters sent only to the right homes. It also publishes the Florida Roof Age Index as free open data: 434,710 single family roofs 15 years or older across 67 counties, as of September 29, 2026. Routes and canvassing are in development.
