It runs the entire Google review loop in one place: automated review requests by email, QR code, and shareable link (FTC-compliant — every customer is asked, with no review gating); a unified review inbox across every location; AI-drafted replies you approve and publish to Google in one click; and instant alerts when a 1-3 star review lands, by email, Telegram, or WhatsApp. Multi-location businesses and agencies get per-location dashboards, review velocity and reply-coverage tracking, and white-label PDF reports they can send to clients under their own brand. A built-in MCP server also lets AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT read reviews and draft replies directly. Pricing is flat, with locations included rather than billed per location: $29/month (5 locations), $39/month (15 locations), and $49/month (30 locations plus white-label reports).
