Reporto is an Israeli, Hebrew-language app for construction field reports. Inspectors photograph a defect on site, pick it from a library of 1,000+ defects with wording, the relevant Israeli standard clause and a repair recommendation, mark up the photo, and produce a PDF report with their own logo at the end of the inspection. It includes a price table with VAT, re-inspection with fixed / partly fixed / not fixed statuses, and works without reception. iOS, Android and web. 30-day free trial, no credit card.
