Replai is a WhatsApp AI assistant for small businesses. It pairs to the WhatsApp number you already use by scanning a QR code, the same way WhatsApp Web does, so there is no Meta Business API application, no new SIM and no per-conversation fees.
It answers customers from a knowledge base you supply as pasted text, a website URL, or a PDF, DOCX or TXT upload, covering prices, hours, delivery and policies. If an answer is not there it says it will check with the team rather than inventing one. It transcribes voice notes, reads photos such as receipts and product screenshots, and replies in the customer's own language, detected per message. Qualified leads go to Google Sheets, and a second AI flags complaints, scams and abuse for a human. Owners can take over any chat, set office hours, and run outbound campaigns with merge fields, rate limiting and automatic STOP handling.
