What is RepairTech?

RepairTech builds software for computer repair shops, managed service providers, and IT teams. Founded in 2011, the company created TechSuite, a Windows-based repair automation platform, the following year. RepairTech’s founders went on to co-found RepairShopr — now Syncro — a widely used RMM and PSA platform for IT service businesses. TechSuite remained part of that company’s portfolio until 2025, when the original founding team reacquired it and returned to developing it as a dedicated, independent product.
