RentLabs is rental management software for independent landlords in France
who manage their own properties without an agency.
It covers the full cycle in one place: property and tenant records,
listings and applicant screening, lease generation, digital signature,
inventory reports, rent notices and receipts, automatic annual rent
indexation, incident tracking, insurance follow-up, accounting and
profitability reporting, plus a dedicated tenant portal.
What sets it apart is its grounding in French rental law. RentLabs
generates 16 lease types compliant with the Act of 6 July 1989 and the
standard contract set by Decree 2015-587, from unfurnished and furnished
leases to shared tenancy, student, mobility, commercial, parking and
agricultural leases. Legal limits are enforced while the landlord types,
not afterwards: security deposit caps, minimum lease terms, charge regimes
and mandatory disclosures are checked field by field, with the article that
sets each rule shown alongside.
Landlords holding property through an SCI, as an LMNP, or across several
tax structures can keep separate landlord profiles, each with its own
accounting and exports for their chartered accountant.
Pricing is a flat subscription, never a percentage of collected rent. A
free plan covers one property permanently. Paid plans run from 4.72 EUR per
month for a single property up to 47.92 EUR per month for fifty, billed
annually. Data is hosted in Europe and GDPR compliant.
