Amplistay is a dedicated website for your vacation rental, allowing you to collect payments directly from guests—avoiding Airbnb or Booking commissions—and manage reservations from all channels via a single dashboard. You can set it up in about 10 minutes, with no coding knowledge required.
Everything is included in a single plan:
- A website hosted on an Amplistay subdomain or your own custom domain.
- Handling of new bookings and extensions (extra nights, early check-in, late check-out), whether the guest comes from Airbnb, Booking, or direct channels. Payments are processed via Stripe or your bank's payment terminal.
- Integration of bookings from Airbnb, Booking, or any other channel into the dashboard via iCal—eliminating manual entry and the risk of overbooking. It works with Lodgify, Amenitiz, Cloudbeds, AvaiBook, Beds24, Hostaway, Rentals United, Smoobu, Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
- A "Your Stay" page for every guest, featuring a house guide, an online-signed contract, and a check-in process with traveler registration (including optional submission to SES Hospedajes in Spain).
- Multilingual websites and payment processing in EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, or CHF.
