Intuitive User Interface and seamless telemedicine

Before working with Remedly, our company would manually enter claims into state Medicaid portals. Afterwards, when these portals produced a report showing the status of the submitted claims, the formatting of the data made our company have to move the information to an excel sheet by hand. This process was arduous and slowed both collections and our claim correction process. Working with Remedly has allowed our company to mass submit claims all at one time. In addition, Remedly produces their own reports in a way that allows us to instantly identify and correct faulty claims. Remedly has reduced our claim submission and correction process not by hours, but by days. The Remedly staff also meets with us weekly to ensure our needs are being satisfied. Response times to inquiries are fast and the staff are very friendly to work with. In addition, Remedly has taken certain projects off our hands where we originally believed we were going to have to end up doing it on our own. This above and beyond work is an added bonus to working with Remedly. As a Billing Process Manager, the biggest perk about working with Remedly is Remedly's ability to instantly format data and show exactly which claims were denied, partially paid and paid in full. Having the data neatly presented allows us to instantly go back and correct issues. The correction process was an absolute pain prior to working with Remedly as previously mentioned. I am quite satisfied with my experience working with Remedly.

Remedly has been a game-changer for our company, making it easy to send Medicaid claims to different Payors in multiple states. We use Zoho CRM to create these claims, and Remedly takes care of grabbing them every night for updates and sending them where they need to go. Before Remedly, dealing with payments was a headache. Payors could only give us remittance info in one huge PDF file (without an ability to export as a spreadsheet) and bundled all the payments into one check with no reference on the check to which claims it goes to. This made it really tough for our Accounting team to keep things straight. But Remedly's remittance report is a lifesaver. It gives us a simple spreadsheet that breaks down each claim, its details, and which check number we got from the Payor. That's made our reconciliation process much smoother. Just these improvements have saved us a ton of time and cut down on errors from manual data entry.
