FireDocs (Reliable Fire Docs)
FireDocs is for fire contractors worldwide, with local standards loaded for Australia, USA, UK, UAE, NZ, Canada, Ireland, Singapore and South Africa. Website: https://firedocs.com.au
FireDocs is a digital log book for fire protection techs and the companies they work for. It was built by a working fire and security tech in Adelaide who was sick of paper log books.
Log inspections on site with photos, notes and signatures, then send a PDF report before you leave. Keep every client, site and visit in one place. Put a QR code on the panel so authorised people can see the site's history.
At sign up you pick your country and FireDocs loads that country's maintenance standards, frequencies and report wording. Supported now: Australia (AS 1851), USA (NFPA 10, 25, 72, 80, 101, 110), UK England (BS 5839-1, BS 5266-1, BS 5306-3), New Zealand (NZS 4512, NZS 4541, NZS 4503), Canada (CAN/ULC-S536, S537, NFC 2020), Ireland (I.S. 3218, I.S. 3217, I.S. 291), Singapore (SCDF Fire Code 2023, SS 578, SS 645, SS CP 52), South Africa (SANS 10105, SANS 1475, SANS 10139) and UAE Dubai (UAE Fire and Life Safety Code, with per client schedules set to match each Civil Defence approved AMC). Frequencies stay editable.
FireDocs is a log book and reporting tool. It is not certified or approved by any standards body or authority, and the business must confirm requirements with its local authority.
