I found Relayto to be a great platform and fit for my team. They had a lot of design alternatives/aspects I really liked and found easy to use. They also had a really great support team and insights into visitor analytics etc that helped my team's productivity. Update: I love that they added more AI capabilities to the platform; it saves tons of time. Also, they have a super nice support team ready to jump on a call :) I used to use it from time to time, but now I log in at least once daily....
