Relai is an AI sales engine (AI SDR) that works on top of your CRM. It answers every new enquiry in seconds on WhatsApp and email, from the rep's own number and in the rep's name, qualifies the lead in conversation, follows up for months, and books the meeting straight into the rep's calendar with a brief ready. It also works the dormant part of the database, re-engaging old leads with a real reason to talk, and preps reps for every call with click-to-call, recording and transcripts logged back to the CRM. Guardrails keep a human in control: it never invents prices, fees or dates, passes discount requests and anything it can't answer to the rep, and hands over the moment a client asks for a person. Connects to HubSpot, Gmail, Microsoft 365, Google Calendar and Twilio, with Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho set up on request. Industry packs for estate agents and new-build, recruitment, and solar. Credit-based pricing with unlimited users.
