OneStudyTeam allows us our team to complete clean, thorough source documentation for our longitudinal studies. It's easy for our PI to log in and review data and sign off on source documentation, and it allows members of our team to access our data remotely instead of having to worry about bulky source binders. The OneStudyTeam staff have been incredibly responsive and helpful in getting us up and running on their platform.

The group we work with at OneStudyTeam are responsive, knowledgeable and make it a priority to listen to the specific needs of our site and accommodate any requests we have regarding eSource and the OST platform in general. Often, we have a response within an hour of emailing or calling with questions about functionality or changes we may need in eSource. Will Franco, our first point of contact at OST, is always willing to organize a Zoom meeting (sometimes on short notice) and trouble-shoot or collaborate with our team to personalize and improve the usability of eSource to ensure our workflows are efficient and well-organized.
