Having an all in one solution for lead and client/member mangement, takes the headache away from training staff and having the manager learn multiple platforms. Love the features, and learning about new ways to optimize our marketing. Not having a marketing background, I am thankful to have an easily navigated platform that does the heavy lifting for me. We heavily utilize text and email campaigns, and are now working on using their CRM and reputation mangement tools. Support team has been great!
