Personalleiter bei DPS – Das Prüfunternehmen (DGUV V3+4) | Vorher selbst im B2B-Vertrieb & Pricing | Offene Stellen: Elektrotechnik & Vertrieb | Schreib mir direktStrong support and easy start, dashboard still expandable
I especially appreciate the support. Jan is always approachable and makes many things possible. He quickly and productively implements wishes, ideas, and suggestions. The setup was super easy, and the support guided me very well and provided all the information so I could start right away. I also find the easy deployment of campaigns on social media and the AI assistance in optimization helpful.

Automated pre-qualification saves valuable time
I like the simple and fast campaigns, the automatic campaign deployment, and the automated pre-qualification process. Generated leads are automatically processed, saving me a lot of time in further processing, especially in the HR department. With the help of personal onboarding, the setup was relatively easy. So far, everything works excellently.

Simple Recruiting with Powerful Ad Tools
I can create, monitor, and improve ads with recruiting.ki. I find it really easy to use, so we understand everything quickly. I particularly appreciate the applicant tool because we can access it again for new job postings, and the automatic creation of creatives. The onboarding sessions were sufficient for us to understand and set everything up. For us, it's enough to work exclusively with recruiting.ki.
