I like that Recruit CRM & ATS simplifies combining both CRM and ATS without needing to log in to different sites or remember different protocols. It saves me time and money. I also think the customer support is great. We've had a couple of issues, but the team has been very reactive in resolving them.

I like the consistent development of the features and the focus on user experience in Recruit CRM & ATS. The LinkedIn integration, automation, and reporting functions are also beneficial. Additionally, the initial setup was easy, and the Recruit CRM developers helped me a lot with the migration.

What I really like about RecruitCRM is how complete and structured the system is. Once you understand how it works, it becomes a very powerful and clear platform to manage your candidates, clients, and processes. The integrations with email work very smoothly and it really helps with keeping track of follow ups and communication. I also see frequent updates and new features being added, especially around AI, which shows they are continuously improving the product. And I have to mention Sanjib. He has been amazing. He responds very quickly, is always willing to jump on a call and really takes the time to help me with my questions. That makes a huge difference.
