It identifies names, account numbers, medical details, and privileged content using pattern matching, proprietary detection models, and deep content analysis. Flagged items display detection reasons and require human approval, rejection, or manual redaction. No content is redacted automatically, and documents cannot be released until flagged items are addressed. The platform supports PDFs, Word documents, emails, scans, photos, video, and audio files, with chain of custody tracking. Scanned images are optically read, while handwritten content undergoes manual review. Redactions are burned into copies while preserving originals. Actions are logged with timestamps and user attribution. Data remains encrypted, with no external AI training or retention. Single-tenant hosting is available, and a free Bates stamping tool is included.
