Reconciling the bank often means scrolling two lists side by side, hunting for the one item that makes the difference. ReconMatch is a bank reconciliation app that does the matching for you. Import the CSV from your bank or credit card and the CSV of your general ledger cash account, or paste rows from a spreadsheet. Auto-match pairs items by amount, date and check number and flags anything that needs a second look. It can also find one deposit made of several receipts. The report shows deposits in transit, outstanding checks and bank items not yet in your books, down to a $0.00 difference, and suggests the journal entry to fix what is missing. Church Treasurer is a web app for small churches that handles the Sunday count and the year-end paperwork. Two counters enter bills, coins and checks separately, and the app checks that both totals match before the money leaves the room.
