Recivr Fee Engine calculates interchange and every applicable Visa and Mastercard scheme fee for a card transaction in real time, inside the authorisation window, and returns a fully itemised IC+ cost. It is built for acquirers with principal Visa or Mastercard licences that settle interchange and scheme fees directly, and for the gateways and processors that serve them. Acquirers use it to price merchants on IC+ knowing the cost before settlement, rather than finding it on the scheme invoice. The engine resolves interchange from the same inputs the schemes use: card product and funding source, issuer and merchant geography, MCC, entry mode, authentication result and clearing timing. Each transaction status is priced as it arrives (authorisation, capture, reversal, refund and chargeback), and fixed fees are applied at the status the scheme actually bills them.
