Recinta is a cloud platform for managing condominiums in Venezuela, built for both self-managed condo boards and the professional administrators boards delegate to. It covers the full money cycle. You load the units and their fee shares, record the month's common expenses, and Recinta splits them and issues receipts for every unit at once. Owners get their receipt, check their statement and report payment from their own portal: amount, method, reference. The administrator confirms or rejects it in one click, partial and advance payments included, and the unit's balance updates on its own. Solvency certificates are issued as PDF with a unique code. Designed for the Venezuelan reality, not translated from another market: receipts in US dollars and bolivares, payments in USD, Zelle, Pago Movil, transfer or cash, and each unit's debt history loadable from day one. It also covers incidents, a document repository with per-file permissions, announcements, roles and accounting reports.
