The thing I like best about RealtyJuggler is that the interface is simple and that it is easy to use, even on my iPad. The best feature is that it syncs contacts and calendar to my gmail account, which I use on my phone so even if I'm away from the office, I can see my day from my phone. I can also add new appointments and contacts directly to my tablet or phone and the sync process brings them into RealtyJuggler. It is online, but even on my phone with no wifi, it responds quickly and works smoothly. Pricing - I'm locked in at $179 per year which is like $15 a month. That is a lot less than any of the other CRMs that I considered, especially when they offer real technical support, training, and actually answer the phone when I call. The interface is pretty easy to use, and I don't need to call that often, but it is nice that they have English-speaking, competent support rather than chatbots or email-only support. I'm being prompted as I write this review to talk about AI - they have some cool features built in that seem like magic, but don't have AI built in. I don't think they need AI as they have regular common sense intelligence built in. I do use Claude and ChatGPT to help me compose letters, but that is my choice, not something that is being forced on me. Oh another thing I like about RealtyJuggler is that when I send either individual emails or bulk emails through RJ, the opens are tracked, so I can see if the letter was opened and for bulk emails I can see my open-rated percentage. That makes it better than sending an email through gmail.

I like how you can organize prospects in many different ways. I also love the birthday reminders and the way you can set up tasks. It keeps my days very organized!

Its value if $99/year - a whole ton of animated cards, simple follow plans, a whole load of suggested letters, emails to use. GREAT real time help line!. Very easy to Google sync. I've tried others and come back to.this easy to use CRM. Lots of how to videos right I the program so you don't have to go searching
