BOCP - Business Online Control Panel
The problem: Growing companies juggle orders from several online stores and marketplaces, stock kept in spreadsheets, invoices typed by hand and couriers booked one by one, or at best a patchwork of separate software. Mistakes multiply, and so does the staff needed to keep up.
What BOCP does: One stock, one order list and one set of documents, whether you sell through your own webshop, marketplaces, a physical till or wholesale. 150+ modules are switched on as you need them, from invoicing to warehouse, service and production.
Automated pilots: 9+ virtual employees work under their own names inside the ERP: Orders, Invoicing, Catalog, Deliveries, Printing, Purchasing, Production, Transfers, Payments and Tasks. They process orders, issue invoices, generate courier labels, print documents, request warehouse transfers and draft purchase orders. Each keeps a log and flags what it couldn't do. Several come free with the matching module.
Main areas
- Sales: connectors for eMAG, Trendyol, Altex, Shopify, Magento, GoMag and more. Products, stock and orders sync automatically; orders are processed in bulk.
- Invoicing (CloudBill): automatic invoices from orders, paid proformas and subscriptions, bulk invoicing, e-Factura submission to ANAF, export to accounting software.
- Inventory (CloudGest): stock per store or warehouse, goods receipts, transfers, stock counts, batches with expiry dates, barcodes and reservations.
- Warehouse (CloudWM): shelf locations, barcode receiving and picking, mobile apps for scanner terminals.
- Shipping: labels for the main Romanian couriers, 3PL connections, own-fleet module with driver app.
- Point of sale (CloudBillPOS): sells and prints receipts offline, syncs automatically, works with Romanian fiscal printers.
- B2B portal: wholesale ordering with prices per client or group and quantity discounts.
- Purchasing and production: supplier orders, recipes and production cost reports.
- CRM and service: CRM modules on the same data, plus WorkManager for service shops.
- Banking: online payment buttons, bank statement import and payment allocation rules.
Control: Rights per user and per action, locked prices and discounts, a change log, and checks before any document is issued.
Customisable dashboard: The whole company on one page, plus a summary by email.
AI-ready: Ask Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP-compatible assistant about sales, collections, orders by channel, margin, stock value and overdue receivables. Access is read-only, limited to admin-selected indicators, admin-approved and logged. A documented REST API reads and writes documents. BOBO, the in-app assistant, answers how-to questions and opens the right page or pilot.
