I've used Follow Up Boss, Sierra Interactive, CINC, & KV Core. I can give you an honest assessment and help your decision for free. Horrible company as you have read online. Watch out for fake reviews, find the real people that use them and check if that agent uses REW. You will find reviews from people who aren't even customers. The CRM is inferior to FUB, Sierra, and most others. The contracts are rock solid and they will send you to a collection agency if you sign it (they did to me before I even started because I tried to back out after one week). I got tricked By their sales department. Check the legal proceedings involving Real Estate Webmasters, some of the big brokerages have fallen for their deceit and misinformation. You will get a nice website with the Renaissance design, yes... but it will not rank for SEO like they claim. It has good set up for h1 h2 and breadcrumbs by default but it requires hundreds of hours of extra work. EXTRAS ARE ALL BILLED AT RIDICULOUS RATES. Customer service is unhelpful and refuses to help because they want you to pay their design department, the CRM is glitchy and definitely not user friendly. Don't expect an elite CRM like Follow Up Boss. Google Real Estate Web Masters reviews or check Reddit or Facebook private groups, because REW will likely try to bury the real experience. I'm still locked in for another year of a three year contract. Dont make the same mistake I did, my Sierra website brings thousands of leads, my REW website brings nothing and cost me the same amount.

Real Estate Webmasters has been a fantastic decision for me. It's much more than a website it's a platform that provides fantastic SEO, leads and social credibility. I've had two account managers over a couple years and they go above and beyond and have been extremely responsive. As someone who is pretty ignorant to a lot of the platform at first they worked with me and made sure I could take advantage of everything they have to offer.
