Capi Agent is an AI sales and customer service agent for e-commerce stores. It connects to Salla, Zid, Shopify and WooCommerce, syncs the real product catalog and orders, and answers customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email and website chat from one shared inbox. The agent recommends products, tracks orders and recovers abandoned carts, and escalates to a human when it should. Every action that spends money, grants a discount or changes an order passes a policy check first, within limits the merchant sets.
