Planidesk runs the whole life of a call-out in one place, for technical service companies with two to twenty people on the road. The office schedules the day in a list, a calendar or on a map, and assigns it on a dispatch board with one row per technician. The technician opens the job on a phone: what was done, materials used, photos before and after, arrival and departure times. The price is built on site from the company's own rate card, the customer signs on screen, and the invoice is generated at closing with the Belgian VAT rate that applies. Built in Belgium: VAT at 21, 12, 6 and 0 percent, travel zones, night and weekend surcharges, EU hosting. The interface exists in French, Dutch and English. Nothing to install. It runs in a browser, on a desktop at the office and on a phone in the van. Five trades are covered, each with its own rate card: electricity, plumbing, heating and cooling, drain unblocking, leak detection.
