What I like best about RDash is that procurement, project data and finance sit in one place instead of being spread across spreadsheets, emails and our accounting system. I can raise vendor orders and purchase orders against the BOQ, track the invoices and payment requests that follow, and see what has been received against what was ordered. That makes it much easier to catch duplicates, mismatches and overruns before they turn into payment problems. Approvals and the audit trail are also a big plus. Every PO, invoice and credit note has a clear status and history, so I’m not chasing people to find out where something is stuck. Having vendor, project and spend data linked means I can answer questions from management quickly without rebuilding reports by hand. The team is also responsive and keeps improving the product based on what we ask for.

I like the BOQ section because it helps our team and the client track onsite changes and updated costs.

I like RDash’s daily live updates, clean UI, and interactive data. I can maintain records easily, and I can see scope data and daily progress in graphs and milestones, which helps me track my project and records. When I search a vendor name, I can see which payments are done or pending, and a single search helps me track daily reports.
