WaRobot is a WhatsApp AI sales agent for Malaysian SMEs that answers instantly, closes the sale, and collects DuitNow in-chat. Built by Raudhah Tech Sdn Bhd, it connects to a business's existing WhatsApp number, learns from uploaded documents, and replies autonomously in Bahasa Melayu, English, Mandarin or Tamil — escalating to the owner when it is unsure or the customer asks for a human.
It replaces the auto-reply chatbot, payment link tool, order system, broadcast tool, booking form and sales dashboard with one subscription. Setup happens inside WhatsApp via Aria, its onboarding assistant, in about five minutes with no developer.
In-chat payment collection (DuitNow QR and card) is available in Malaysia. Outside Malaysia the AI still answers customers and captures orders, but the business collects payment itself.
