Ratech is an AI development services company that automates business processes for service businesses in the US, Canada and Europe. We study how work actually moves through a company, find where hours and money leak, and fix it with the simplest system that works: an AI agent, a workflow automation, or a change in the process itself.
Diagnostic first, then implementation
Most teams already have the software they need. What eats their week is the manual layer between the tools: copying data between systems, chasing documents, rebuilding the same reports. We start from the workflow and pick the tools once we understand it.

1. Discovery. We map the process step by step with the people who run it, including how long each step takes.
2. Diagnosis. We show where the hours go and which fixes pay back first.
3. Scope. We agree a fixed scope for the workflow that costs your team the most.
4. Build and handover. A working system in weeks (our recent builds took 2 to 5), inside your tools. After handover it is yours, documented.
