1) It is very user friendly
2) Login creation process is simple
3) The UI is constantly upgraded to enhance the experience of the learners and Admin as well.
4) As an admin/monitor, we have access to ready analysis on multiple fronts (user/role/assignment). This helps in TNI and saves a lot of manual work that one would have to do to review and analyze the data.
5) Uploading the content is so easy and manageable.

There are a few unique features of this platform that deserves sincere appreciation. Personalized content and the mobile application are my personal favorites. The gamification technique used in this forum motivates the employees predominantly, which results in high engagement.
