decent service, terrible customer service

It is very easy to use, comfortable to start relationships with people and slowly build up our website backlink profile. It has been instrumental in taking the DA of my website from 8 to 28 in just 4 months.

Most of all I like the idea of direct communication and partnerships with relevant websites. It's amazing how quickly you can agree on mutually beneficial collaboration sometimes. Also, I like the fact that the product is constantly improving and adding new features (such as quick search of posts on a specific website).
