MonteurBook is a booking and management tool for landlords of contractor accommodation (Monteurzimmer) in Germany. Landlords handle inquiries, an occupancy calendar for all rooms and units, invoices to companies (PDF plus the German e-invoice formats XRechnung and ZUGFeRD), online payments and guest reviews in one place. Every property gets its own booking page on monteurbook.de and an embeddable widget for the landlord's website; calendars can be synced with Airbnb and Booking.com via iCal. One price for all properties, no booking fees, 14-day free trial.
