R24k Travel Manager is an all-in-one user-friendly software designed for small to medium DMCs. Free 2-month trial. Users are able to store all of their suppliers, services and prices, default texts, images, packages, and more to simply import in quotes and itineraries with just a few clicks. It has a Booking Manager where accepted quotes are turned into itineraries; email requests/replies are sent to suppliers through the system; invoices, receipts, welcome signs and vouchers are generated; an action list, an agenda page and simple accounting features are provided. A Guests section with a complete client list and important client data, as well as a Guest Access section that lists guests and fellow travel agents who have access to online quotes and other documents saved in the system for them. An option is available for travel agency partners to log in and make amendments to quotes before forwarding these to their own guests.
