QuotPay is invoicing and proposal software for freelancers and small businesses. You send quotes as a link; your client opens them in the browser, picks options or packages, asks questions and accepts with name and timestamp. You see when and how long the quote was viewed.
Once a quote is accepted, QuotPay creates the invoice automatically. Invoices come as PDF, as XRechnung e-invoice and with a SEPA QR code. Clients can pay online through your own Stripe account. Payment reminders and recurring invoices run on their own.
Issued invoices are locked and numbered without gaps, as German GoBD rules require. VAT cases such as small-business exemption, EU reverse charge, EU OSS and non-EU clients are built in, and there is a DATEV export for accountants. Polish users can download invoices as KSeF FA(3) files. Data is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany.
