QuoteSooner is quoting software for small CNC job shops of roughly 5 to 50 people. An estimator drops in a customer's drawings, 3D models (STEP, IGES, STL, 3MF) and request text. QuoteSooner reads the part details and records the source page and exact excerpt for each value; anything unsupported or conflicting becomes a check, and the quote cannot be sent until every check is resolved.
Prices come from the shop's own machine and labour rates and its past prices for the same part, with setup spread across quantity breaks and one-time charges on their own lines. Castings, forgings and customer-supplied material are priced as what they are. Nothing is sent until a person approves it; the buyer can accept online with a PO number or decline.
On the Shop plan, quotes go out from the shop's own Gmail or Outlook, requests can arrive through the shop's own forwarding address, follow-ups go out automatically, and won quotes post to QuickBooks Online as estimates or invoices.
QuoteSooner does not do customer-facing instant quoting, CAM, ERP functions or export-controlled (ITAR) work. Built in Ottawa, Canada.
