Quorum is a very powerful tool providing many different options for engaging in advocacy. Whether you are looking for contacts for public officials, trying to organize your database of contacts, or tracking bills and engagements, Quorum provides an extremely wide set of tools that are relatively easy to use. I use Quorum very frequently in my work for all of the things I mentioned above. My organization uses Quorum since a few years ago and the implementation of it into our processes has been relatively smooth. That's partly because Quorum offers a staff member to help with questions and navigating the interface/tools, which is extremely helpful. I also think Quorum is easy to integrate into existing processes. The Action Center in particular has replaced some of the click-to-call or click-to-email processes that were used by my org previously.
