ERPlead is the free, shared account of the Lead suite for small businesses. One sign-up (Google, Apple or email, no credit card) opens five live apps: ScanLead (trade show contact capture), CRMlead (lead follow-up), ProjectLead (projects, time tracking), InvoiceLead (quotes, invoices, accounting) and Greetlead (group cards). Each app signs you in with "Continue with ERPlead", and apps of the same company are already linked: show contacts reach the CRM pipeline, project hours become invoice lines. "My account" opens on an app launcher showing each app's plan. Administrators rename the organisation, invite members by email and set administrator or member roles. Two-factor authentication, open-session control, data hosted in Frankfurt. An AI assistant answers account questions and applies profile changes after you confirm. The account is free; each app has a free plan, and Pro is bought per app. Five languages.
