Qisutu is a free and open-source ticketing, help desk and service desk platform for professional support organizations. It combines ticket management, customer and agent portals, queues, workflow automation, service and SLA management, reporting, a knowledge base and an integrated CMDB. Qisutu supports eleven languages and can be operated on an organization’s own infrastructure or professionally hosted. It is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3.0 or later.
