Pyramide is the ATS and CRM for apprenticeship training centres and schools that run work-study programmes. It takes an application at whatever point it enters: an online form on the school's own website, an open day, a referral partner, or an import of Parcoursup and Affelnet exports. Candidates upload their documents from their phone, incomplete files are chased automatically, and interviews are booked on the slots advisers actually have free. Every application then moves through a single pipeline. On the employer side, Pyramide maintains the portfolio of partner companies, finds new ones by geographic area from open public data, matches candidates to openings, and follows each introduction through to the contract. It then collects from both parties the information the contract requires. Pyramide does not replace your management system: it connects to it, with two-way synchronisation with Yparéo.
