Pygmalios is a people-counting and in-store analytics vendor for physical retail. Using privacy-first, anonymous computer vision, Pygmalios measures shopper footfall, dwell time, shopper paths, conversion, queue length, shelf availability and in-store retail-media (screen) audiences. Results are reported per store, per zone and per daypart, so retailers and brands can see how many people entered, where they went, how long they stayed, whether shelves were stocked, and how many shoppers actually saw in-store screens. The platform is deployed across 2,000+ locations in 20+ countries. It is anonymous by design: no images are stored, there is no facial recognition, and no biometric templates are created — only aggregate statistics leave the store, which keeps the measurement GDPR-friendly.
