Real-time tracking is what I use most. I can see exactly which affiliate drove which click and which sale, so I know within days whether a partner is actually worth supporting. Automated payouts remove the part I used to dread — I'm not chasing invoices or sending manual transfers anymore. Integrations with [Stripe/Shopify] worked without any custom code, and support answered my setup question within [a day].

Push Lap Growth is the most intuitive Affiliate Program Software I've used, and I've used a few. It took me about 10 minutes to set up a full program with 3 commission tiers, and test it. Installation onto my site was a few seconds. It was the easiest and fastest onboarding experience I have had with affiliate software.
