Meet Me At Work puts a QR code on every meeting-room door. Your team scans it, sees the room's real availability straight away, and books in seconds — from a phone browser, the free staff app, or right inside Outlook and Teams. No accounts to provision and no software to roll out — the door does the onboarding. Sign in with Google, an emailed link, or — inside Outlook and Teams — your Microsoft account. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook once, and every booking you make appears on your own calendar. Admins manage every room across every site from one calendar, set hours and slot lengths per site, invite sub-admins, revoke a leaver's access in one click, and see which rooms are over- or under-used with built-in usage analytics. Pricing: the first meeting room is free, no card required; additional rooms are billed per room per month by room size.
