Purchasely is a tool designed for business teams. I particularly appreciate the "drag and drop" feature of the components, which allows you to create a page without code. It is very easy to modify, delete, or add an element on a Purchasely screen. On the developer and marketing side, the integration was done with constant support from the Purchasely teams. Adding the tool is quite simple, and it became functional and reliable very quickly. I also note that there are many resources to understand what each feature corresponds to and in which cases to use them. I think, for example, of the events reported from the stores (Android and Apple): Purchasely indicates, for each event (canceled renewal, cancellation, payment issue), concrete actions that we can implement. In the end, it is a real productivity gain for business teams and a time saver for developers, who can now focus on other projects. The tool's value for money is excellent, and it keeps improving. Precisely, among the improvements, the AI module is very interesting and easy to use. I use it very regularly, especially to get feedback on creations, or to rely on the analysis to identify optimization areas for my audiences. It is therefore a very comprehensive, scalable tool with a quick learning curve.

They really know the industry, focus on all of our pain points, and enable frictionless in-app A/B testing as well as new screens for various use cases. Their quick release cycles, along with fast and genuinely helpful customer support, also make a big difference.

We've been Purchasely customers since June 2022, using it in our mobile app to manage in-app subscriptions and paywalls. The SDK was straightforward to implement on both iOS and Android, and the no-code paywall builder lets us design, test, and update paywalls without releasing a new app version — this alone saves us days of work every time we want to iterate on pricing or design. What impressed us most was the support: whenever we ran into a technical issue or didn't understand something in the documentation, their team responded extremely fast, usually within a few hours, with clear and actionable answers.
