PumpForge is a browser-based fire pump simulator and training platform for fire departments. Pump operators train on realistic apparatus panels driven by real hydraulics, using the same friction loss, elevation and pump curve equations taught in IFSTA and NFA coursework, and every run is scored automatically. It comes with 16 built-in scenarios (12 NFA evolutions and 4 NFPA 1002 JPR scenarios) and 24 apparatus panel layouts, and instructors can build their own scenarios to match their response area. Training officers get live monitoring, after action reports with a full event timeline, verifiable certificates and training records that hold up in ISO and state audits. An optional eLearning library adds courses on pump operations, hydraulics, safety and compliance. There is nothing to install: it runs on any laptop, desktop or tablet, and admin and instructor seats are free.
