Indispensable, Polished Tool with Easy GitHub/Slack Setup and Responsive Developer

It's a well polished tool aimed to solve a particular problem -- something I always appreciate. We have been using it for years now and it's indispensable to us. Its extremely responsive to its triggering events, was exceptionally easy to add to both Github and Slack, and has just the right touch of overrides and configs -- not so much to be overwhelming, but enough to able to handle workflow quirks easily. I adore this tool. And the developer behind it is very kind and responsive.
