Pull Count is dumpster rental software and marketing in one, built for roll-off and dumpster rental companies in the United States. Customers book and pay online. Your website shows every bin size with its price. A customer picks a size and a date, answers the permit and placement questions, and books. The booking lands in the Pull Count app, or in the dispatch software you already run, ready for your drivers. The app runs the day from your phone: today's drop-offs, pickups and swaps in driving order for each truck, a map of every bin colored by when it has to come back, truck routes texted to the driver, customers, invoices, contracts signed on the phone, and texts with customers. Card payments run on Stripe, or go straight into QuickBooks if that's where you already get paid. Cash and checks are logged with a tap, and customers, invoices and payments flow into QuickBooks Online. The marketing comes with it. Pull Count builds and runs your website, manages your Google Business Profile, asks every customer for a review, builds a page for every town you serve, and works on getting you recommended in ChatGPT and AI search.
