Pulito is a web-based quoting and scheduling tool for small cleaning companies in Italy, from sole traders to teams of up to 10 people. The interface is in Italian. Enter the square metres, your cleaning rate (m² per hour), labour cost, materials, travel and overhead, and Pulito calculates the price that gives you the margin you want. The quote becomes a PDF with your company name and colour; internal costs and margin never appear. Send it to the client on WhatsApp with a ready-made message or, on the Squadra plan, by email: the client accepts or declines with one tap, and reminders go out automatically after 3 and 7 days. On the Squadra plan, an accepted quote becomes a job on the team calendar. Pick who goes and Pulito prepares the WhatsApp message for each person, with a link to the job sheet: address with Maps, time, checklist, materials and notes. No app to install: it all runs in the browser on phone and computer.
