It reads each CV against the role requirements, gives candidates a short assessment test, and runs a structured AI interview by voice or text that candidates take from a phone or browser at any hour. The interviewer speaks English, Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Melayu, asks follow-up questions, and scores every answer against the same rubric. Recruiters get scores, transcripts, audio and a ranked shortlist that they can export to the ATS they already use. People make every hiring decision; the AI supports them.
