Being able to upload multiple documents that searches across all of them for anything I am looking for. It is also great for copying and pasting text from locked files which saves tons of time from having to manually retype things. Also like the chat function that can run some thoughts and ideas for when needing to bounce thoughts on.

I am a big advocate of Provision and use it every single day because it is highly effective and super user-friendly. Provision helps me find information quickly and always sources the right material within the contract, which saves me both time and money. I also find it very easy to train others on using Provision, typically taking only fifteen minutes, which then saves them time and money too. I particularly enjoy the chat feature, which provides quick responses and allows me to review contract language directly. This feature keeps the information sealed within our company, which I appreciate. I love that you can be as vague or specific as you want in the chat, and the chat history allows me to quickly find past information. The initial setup of Provision was very easy, just signing in with my email, and I can share notes and thoughts on contracts with my teammates effortlessly. I love Provision because it has made my job so much easier, and I would rate my likelihood to recommend it as a 10 out of 10.
