ProTrac helps community banks and credit unions get more products into every household. Staff send referrals, work leads, record sales and handle complaints in one place, so when a teller hears a customer is shopping for a car, the right lender hears about it too. A referral can go to a colleague or a whole department, ProTrac nudges whoever owns one that sits too long, and leaderboards and incentive payouts keep up as staff send and close referrals. Start with referrals and add leads, sales, complaints, customer records, onboarding checklists and reporting when you're ready; every module shares the same customers, staff and reports. Staff sign in with single sign-on and can work in English or Spanish, and ProTrac shows your branding and uses your institution's own terms. The ProTrac team sets everything up and trains your staff before you go live.
