Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)Effortless Salon Management with Excellent Support
I like that whenever I want to use a feature in ProSolutions Software, I don't have to worry about paying extra for it. I use their purchase orders and AI chatbot the most. The initial setup was fairly easy—they trained me and my team for free over the course of 4 weeks, meeting twice a week until we felt totally comfortable, and they even handled the data entry for me.

Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)Support Shines Despite Occasional Glitches
I really like the support from ProSolutions Software. The new feature of Darci chat is very good for data reports. I also find the training classes and client records valuable.

The darci AI chat within the software is the coolest thing. I can get extremely niche numbers or targeted contacts for marketing just by asking it. Using the software just for my day to day is super simple and easy to manage.
