Propra is property management software with accounting at the core, built for third-party property managers and operators running 500 to 5,000+ doors across residential, condo and commercial portfolios. One ledger runs everything from rent roll to owner statements: full-cycle AP and AR, trust accounting, security deposit statements and interest, owner payouts, bank and deposit reconciliation with AI assistance, and GST, PST and HST handled natively. Rent is collected by pre-authorized debit and Interac e-Transfer. Maintenance requests, vendor jobs, mobile inspections with photos, leases with e-signing and renewals, and owner and resident portals sit on the same records as the money. Teams add doors without adding back-office headcount. Pricing is per door, from $3 CAD per door per month. Most customers are live in one to four weeks with migration and training run by Propra's team; pilot programs are available for larger portfolios.
